    • Confidence-building techniques.

  • Live Exercise: Participants will brainstorm and record a short video or take photos that they can use as content, using their current environment.

  • Creative Challenge: Participants will work in pairs or small groups to create a storyboard or concept for a 15-second reel.

    • How to use hashtags effectively.

  • Optimizing Instagram Profiles for Growth:

    • How to set up a profile that attracts followers (bio, highlights, and profile image).

  • Profile Audit: Each participant will analyze and optimize their own Instagram profile based on the strategies discussed.
     

4. The Afterwork: Analyzing, Engaging, and Evolving (1 Hour)
 

Teach participants how to maintain engagement and measure the effectiveness of their content to continuously improve.
