What: Employee Branding / Project Management
During my time as an accountant at GroupM, we were working on strengthening internal communications and increasing employee engagement. As a strong believer in communication as a tool, I project managed the set up and development of our intranet in SharePoint. I took personnel portraits and project managed a monthly activity in a program I named "Thrive." The purpose of the program was to bring the colleagues together, offer a chance to interact, learn and laugh.
I also assisted in the marketing & tech conference NextM, hosted by GroupM.
The annual conference offers world renowned keynote speakers and leading tech companies to exhibit in their "Tech-garden".
